Dear Kintone, We have old iPad at our factory and want to use Kintone via Kintone App. But looklike our iOS version is too old. (Our iPad cannot upgrade to newer version) Could you please provide any solution for using Kintone app on old device? Thank you in advance. Nattaya ---

Hello Nattaya, Kintone is accessible via our iOS App and Safari as a website (no iOS version limit). You can access Kintone in a mobile-optimized view or the desktop view from an iPad. Dear Mr.Genji Thanks for your quick response. Please let me confirm my understanding. 1. Kintone do not have any old version app that support old iOS anymore, right?  \> We tried to download Kintone App from Apple store but cannot download due to iOS version is too old. and we also tried to find a way to downgrade Kintone app too.  2. Yes, since your iPads do not meet the iOS App's OS requirement, you can only access your Kintone Subdomain via Safari web browser. You can create Kintone App (Database) customizations to connect with 3rd party services for a customized experience from your iPads.
