Is it a module / utility that will help build supply chain management applications in specific ?

If you are trying to create an app of supply chain management where you want to track the flow of goods/services, I believe you are looking for the Process Management, which is one of the features in kintone. With this, you can have a work flow or process that you can setup and customize to meet your business type.
