Prevent Duplicate Values with Field Settings
An easy way to prevent users from entering the same values in a Kintone App is to use the Prohibit duplicate values setting.

How to use the Prohibit duplicate values setting?
Prevent users from entering the same input by enabling the Prohibit duplicate values setting per field.
Steps:

Go into the Field Settings for the field you want to prevent duplicate values by clicking on the
icon. -
Check the Prohibit duplicate values checkbox. (Default: unchecked)

Save the Field Settings.

Update the Kintone App.
Limitations
Text Field: If the prohibition of duplicate values is set for the field, the number of characters allowed for the field will be limited to 64 in half-width or full-width.
Link Field: If the prohibition of duplicate values is set for the field, the number of characters allowed for the field will be limited to 64 in half-width or full-width.
