Following changes were made to the Kintone Developer Forum's Terms of Service:

In addition to these terms, the Guideline and the Privacy Policy shall apply with respect to the use of the forum. Please agree to them.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms shall be governed by the laws of Japan without reference to conflict of laws principles.

Tokyo District Court will govern any dispute related to these terms or your use of the forum.

Changes

The company may amend or partially abolish the provisions of these terms or the content of the forum. In such case, these terms or the content of the forum after such amendment or change shall apply. In the event that any amendment or partial abolition of these terms or the content of the forum does not conform to the general interests of you, the company shall notify you at least one (1) month prior to the date of such change in a manner designated by the company. You may terminate and discontinue the use of the forum before such amendment takes effect. If not terminated, the amended terms shall apply to you.
