Edit Kintone Announcement without an Admin Account?

With a regular (non-administrator), would I be able to edit the Kintone Portal’s Announcement section?

No, a regular user cannot edit the Kintone Portal’s Announcement section.

Only Kintone System Administrators and Kintone Users & System Administrators can edit Announcement.
