How to change the format of date field when detail edit page is loaded?

When detail edit page is loaded, the date field is displayed in mm/dd/yyyy format. For example: 05/13/2022. How to change to “May 13, 2022” format when detail edit page is loaded?

If you change your user language to English, the date should automatically be displayed in the “May 13, 2022” format.
