My app setted assignee for statuses, but one status in middle process did not add assignee. In this status, when I change to next status, the system notificate “No privilege to proceed.” . Is this Bug?

Are there any permission settings set up in this app?
When a “No privilege” related error pops up, the permission settings are usually the cause.

in permission setting, I permisse assignee edit but in process management setting I don’t assign anyone in this status. i think that is reason.
