Unable to perform a lookup to return an email

I have a source app containing the First Name, Last Name, and Email of employees.

I want to perform a look-up on the First Name and return the Email.

The problem is that the Email is not available for Field Mapping.

Is kintone able to return an email from the lookup?

If you are using a link field for Email address in the employee app, the destination field for mapping must be a link field. A text field does not work.
